ECTF H.110 Backplane 6 U variant RSH

The RSH backplane series is compliant with the 6 U Eurorack height standard and is compatible with 19“ rack mount enclosures. They have the systemslot on the right-hand side and a continuous ECTF H.110 bus. The front of the backplane supports IEEE 1101.10-compliant boards. In addition, the RSH backplanes has the capability to support various external devices such as supplemental cooling fans and I/O hardware. The V(I/O) voltage can be changed in a simple manner if necessary. Rear I/O boards can be inserted in all slots.

Power is supplied via screw terminals, terminal bars or the ATX connector used in the PC world.

The additional voltages from the CT bus are fed in via Universal Mate NLock connectors.

Connectors for external JTAG bus and IPMB bus connection are also standard equipment.

The RSR backplane series is compliant with the 6 U Eurorack height standard and is compatible with 19“ rack mount enclosures. They have the systemslot on the right-hand side. The front of the backplane supports IEEE 1101.10-compliant boards. The rear of the backplane supports IEEE 1101.11-compliant transition cards.

In addition, the RSR backplanes has the capability to support various external devices such as supplemental cooling fans and I/O hardware. The RSR backplane series was developed for systems using a CPCI-CPU which does not support the CT bus on the J4 connector.

The pins of rows A to E of the P4 connector in the system slot are not connected on the backplane and are therefore available to the CPU board for rear panel I/O applications.

In keeping with the CPCI specification, rows Z and F of the system slot P4 connector are connected to the logical GND layer.
