Tailor-made backplanes Hartmann Elektronik offers solutions matching your requirements and vision. For example, we are able to implement variants of our standard backplanes assembled exactly to your specifications. Or we can develop a completely new exclusive solution precisely matched to your specific application.
State-of-the-art technology
Our backplane production is always up to date. SMD, THT and BGA components represent the current state of the art. Moreover, we have been press-fitting even the most „exotic” connectors on printed circuit boards – strictly controlled according to distance and force – for more than twenty years. Complex mixed-assembly backplanes are a specialty of Hartmann Elektronik.
Straightforward and fast
Your freedom of choice is virtually unlimited:
Send us your existing production data (Gerber data, assembly designs), and we will assemble and test your custom backplane. Or our specialists will develop the right design for your application in close cooperation with you. What you will get:
- circuit diagrams,
- netlists,
- bills of materials and
- optional test records for quality control.
Of course, we will also design the proper housing for your HiTech application and manufacture it in cooperation with our experienced partner companies.

Our entire production is based on the DIN EN ISO 9001 guidelines. Every backplane that leaves our factory has been tested for continuity, isolation and termination. Additional tests, e. g. for high-voltage and function, can also be performed.
